First Choice Health Assistance Services (FCH AS)

First Choice Health Assistance Services (FCH AS) offers tailored strategies and services to support organizations such as: businesses, associations, trusts and physician groups. Organizations purchase First Choice Health Assistance Services (FCH AS) to help employees, supervisors/managers, and the entire organization while helping the bottom line.

Customized EAP, MAP, or PAP services provide confidential and cost-free help for employees/members/physicians and their families. We respond to a wide variety of WorkLife challenges, emotional, behavioral and physical health concerns. Services are available 24-hours a day, 7-days a week. Experienced customer service representatives assist in scheduling an appointment with a provider while being sensitive to needs and preferences. Managers and Supervisors also may utilize support to deal with challenging situations.

In addition, a variety of Assistance Services are offered to organizations such as Wellness Coaching Services, Work Life Services, HRA Appraisal, Eldercare and Childcare Consultation, Financial and Legal Consultation, ID Theft Protection, Nurseline, trainings, and critical incident or workplace trauma responses. The consultation and assessment service allows us to refer you to the right EAP provider for face-to-face assessment sessions. Our expansive provider network allows us to refer you to a provider in a location that is convenient for you.

Our website allows employees, their spouse or domestic partner and children up to age 26 to access a variety of online resources that provide program orientation, opportunities to contact EAP or schedule an appointment, as well as additional training your employer may require. The Work Life Resources section of the website, accessed through the secure online EAP Tool, specifically assists employees and their covered dependents with the challenge of balancing work and life.

Support for Manager/Supervisors/Organizations

When your company purchases First Choice Health Assistance Services (FCH AS) your HR team will have resources and tools needed to provide your organization with workplace education and professional support. A variety of promotional materials, such as program brochures, program wallet cards, leadership brochures, foreign language flyers, workplace posters as well as online resources will be offered. Educational opportunities specific to HR professionals are available. When workplace concerns do arise, your clinically trained account executive will help walk you through the steps needed to resolve the issue.

First Choice Health Assistance Services (FCH AS) is now accepting applications from providers in specific geographic areas (Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Alaska and Montana) or with specific specialties. Please include your Name and Credentials, Specific Location, Phone Number, Email address, and which of the above criteria you meet. If you are a licensed provider who can help fulfill the remaining needs of our network, you will be sent an FCH AS Application and Contract.
