First Choice Health EAP welcomes you to the Premium Training section of our Internet site. If you have questions about a training, would like to request the addition of a specific training topic, or would like to comment on a training, please contact the EAP at (800) 777-4114. In this section of the website, First Choice Health EAP provides relevant employment related online trainings for contracted organizations and their employees. A certificate is awarded upon successful completion of the trainings and email notification is sent to an organization designee for the employee’s file :
