Washington Only Network Closure

Due to a large backlog of pending applications, it is necessary to temporarily close the network to new applications for certain provider specialty types with no exceptions. This applies only to providers practicing in Washington State (except Clark County).

Effective immediately we will NOT accept any new applications from the following provider categories:

• Licensed Massage Therapy
• Acupuncture
