The following "Print Ready" directories are updated daily. These downloadable directories contain First Choice Health PPO Network (FCH PPO) providers
(physicians and facilities) in: Washington, Idaho, Alaska, Oregon and Montana. Each state directory
also includes one or more provider directory for certain major cities within that state.
In addition, directories listed under "Specialized Network Provider Directories" will enable you to locate specific types of facilities and
providers most commonly used within our standard network service area (WA, ID, AK, OR & MT) and within our extended service area.
