Primary responsibilities include initial and ongoing training for Member Services staff, development of training curriculum, including training evaluations, communicating new procedures and providing feedback and coaching with regards to their call performance.
Performs monthly auditing for Member Services staff including audit evaluations, and providing feedback and coaching with regards to their call performance.
Documents and evaluates benefit clarifications regarding plan benefits. Provides technical expertise as a subject matter expert for staff, management and company meetings. |
