First Choice Health PPO (FCH PPO) is a large multi-state PPO (Preferred Provider Organization)
that includes hospitals, facilities, and professional providers who have agreed to discount their
fees to members of FCH PPO. First Choice Health Administrators (FCHA) offers employers transparent
administrative solutions combining the latest in technological sophistication, health plan controls
and leading edge analytics. First Choice Health Medical Management (FCH MM) provides cost saving
strategies for our clients and members as well as management services that optimize a members’ health
status, well being, productivity and access to quality healthcare. First Choice Health Assistance
Services (FCH AS) offers tailored strategies and services to support organizations such as; businesses,
associations, trusts and physician groups.
