First Choice Health Physician Assistance Program is a division of First Choice Health Network, a Seattle-based company founded in 1984 by eleven hospitals, and a group of over 450 physicians and clinics. FCH established a network of contracted physicians, hospitals and other caregivers to serve the health needs of large employers and health benefit plans. We are now the largest provider network in the Pacific Northwest.
