First Choice Health Physician Assistance Program is a division of First Choice Health Network,
a Seattle-based company founded in 1984 by eleven hospitals, and a group of over 450 physicians
and clinics. FCH established a network of contracted physicians, hospitals and other caregivers
to serve the health needs of large employers and health benefit plans. We are now the largest
provider network in the Pacific Northwest..
First Choice Health enjoys a reputation for superior customer service and satisfaction, especially among
physicians and hospital Medical Staff Members using our services.
The First Choice Health Physician Assistance Program is led by Tom Maschhoff, LMHC, who has over twenty years
experience in developing and implementing EAP services for business and industry. Tom is recognized as a local
and national leader in the EAP industry. Tom is also a pioneer in the development of Physician Assistance
Programs, having designed and introduced the first PAP in the Pacific Northwest.
