Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services are available to employees, their spouse or domestic partner, and children up to age 26. When you call our toll free number, you will speak with a customer service representative who will ask a few brief questions. We’ll need to know your name and the company you work for, the type of problem you are experiencing and your preferences about location and time for meeting an EAP provider. The provider will be notified of your needs and will call you directly to schedule your assessment sessions.
We understand the importance of making reliable, confidential services available to employees and covered dependents. Information about contacting the EAP and conversation details will never be released to your employer or a third party without your request and signed consent.
The consultation and assessment service provided allows us to refer you to the right EAP provider for face-to-face assessment sessions. Our expansive provider network allows us to refer you to a provider in a location that is convenient for you.
Our website allows you and your covered dependents to access a variety of online resources that provide program orientation, opportunities to contact EAP or schedule an appointment, as well as additional training your employer may require. The Work Life Resources section of the website, specifically assists employees and their covered dependents with the challenge of balancing work and life.
