First Choice Health Home : Employee Assistance Program

The First Choice Health Employee Assistance Program is a Division of First Choice Health, a Seattle-based company formed in 1984 by a group of eleven hospitals and over 450 physicians. The FCH Network of physicians, hospitals, behavioral healthcare specialists, and other caregivers serves the needs of businesses, employees, and families throughout the Pacific Northwest and in other regions of the United States. Currently, First Choice Health serves over 1.2 million people and has more than 16,000 providers in the Network.
