Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services are available to employees, their spouse or domestic partner, and children up to age 26. When you call our toll free number, you will speak with a customer service representative who will ask a few brief questions. We’ll need to know your name and the company you work for, the type of problem you are experiencing and your preferences about location and time for meeting an EAP provider. We will find the right provider for you from our expansive provider network. The provider will be notified of your needs and will call you directly to schedule your face-to-face assessment sessions.

We understand the importance of making reliable, confidential services available to employees and covered family members. Information about contacting the EAP and conversation details will never be released to your employer or a third party without your request and signed consent.*

Employees or their covered family members can contact the EAP by phone at (800) 777-4114, and we are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We give you several ways to Schedule an Appointment any time.

Our website allows you and your covered dependents to access a variety of online resources.

  • You can watch an Online Orientation video that tells you about our services
  • There is a wealth of information that is available through a password-protected area. Call us if you do not have your company’s Username and Password to access the following:
    • Work Life Resources has hundreds of articles, assessment tools, skill-builder trainings, and webinars. You can find resources to help you with almost anything – parenting, aging, pet care, education, relationships, balancing, working, and healthy living.
    • The Education and Training section lets you take free online trainings on topics such as Sexual Harassment Prevention, Threats of Violence, Drug-Free Workplace, and Diversity.
    • Screening Tools has helpful tools that may help you see if you have issues with anxiety, stress, depression, or assertiveness. They also give you ideas for positive changes to enhance your quality of life.
    • Our monthly Newsletters are available, as are a variety of Downloadable Materials.
    • There is a separate HR Tools area (requires a different password) for HR-related materials, information, Supervisor Newsletters, and an Online Supervisor Orientation.

Call the EAP any time, at (800) 777-4114. We’re here to help!
