First Choice Health (FCH) Medical Management offers our Third Party Administrator (TPA) and Preferred
Provider Organization (PPO) clients a portfolio of services that integrates the best of medical,
pharmacy, and claims management. Our cohesive, yet flexible offerings are designed to optimize an
enrollee's health status, sense of well-being, productivity, and access to quality health care,
while at the same time actively manage cost trends.
Our proprietary systems and technology allow for secure reliable user-friendly web-based tools
and connectivity to support clients.
In-house full-time medical directors provide consultative clinical support to our clinical team and
actively engage community practitioners to optimize the health care of our enrollees. We have the local
expertise and knowledge necessary to provide customized and focused medical management for a broad range
of self-insured benefit designs.
FCH's Medical Management has full URAC Accreditation under the Case Management and Health Utilization
