PPO Network

The First Choice Health PPO Network (FCHN) is a Preferred Provider Organization (PPO). FCHN is a network of efficient hospitals, physicians, and ancillary health care providers and facilities that is offered to various insurers, union administrators, self-insured organizations, and other sponsors of health plans (payors) in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana and Alaska.

By accessing our network of quality healthcare providers, eligible members of participating payors will receive a preferred rate for services and lower out-of-pocket costs.
