First Choice Health PPO Network (FCH PPO)
First Choice Health PPO Network (FCH PPO) is a large multi-state PPO (Preferred Provider Organization) that includes hospitals, facilities, and professional providers who have agreed to discount their fees to members of FCH PPO. Our goal is to help employer groups and their employees and dependents reduce costs and improve healthcare benefits without sacrificing quality and convenience. Benefits to healthcare providers include access to a large number of payors under one contractual agreement and increased opportunities to access new patients.
First Choice Health PPO Network (FCH PPO) includes a wide range of providers. These providers include hospitals, physicians, urgent care centers, laboratories, radiology centers, home healthcare, chiropractors, massage therapists, acupuncturists and more. FCH PPO is the largest independent PPO in the Northwest servings over one million people with our array of products and services in Washington, Oregon, Alaska, Idaho and Montana.

Contracted FCH PPO providers have secured access to view Priced Claims Status (not claims adjudication status) as well as Claims Activity Reports for FCH PPO Payors. This tool is for providers to determine whether or not a claim that has been sent to FCH PPO for pricing has been received, priced and sent to the payor for processing. First Choice Health Administrators (FCHA) is a Payor of First Choice Health PPO Network (FCH PPO). To access these tools, you are required to subscribe to the One Health Port website. First Choice Health PPO Network (FCH PPO) is just that – a Preferred Provider Organization (PPO). At times we are mistaken for an insurance company. Health Plans, Self-Insured Employers and Union Trusts are the real insurance companies. These Payors (FCH PPO clients) along with Third Party Administrators (TPA’s) are paying and processing patient’s claims. Our online tools allow providers to easily find addresses for claim submission, access phone numbers to call for benefit and eligibility information, look up Payor & Employer group information, access to Payor websites and more. Payors contract with First Choice Health PPO Network (FCH PPO) to reduce the cost for healthcare for their health plan enrollees. FCHN contracts with providers in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Alaska, and Montana through our affiliate Health InfoNet. Payors are able to choose which states they would like to include in their service area. In addition to a network of providers, FCH PPO also provides repricing services.
