First Choice Health Network (FCHN) is a Preferred Provider Organization (PPO). FCHN is a network of efficient hospitals, physicians, and ancillary health care providers and facilities that is offered to various insurers, union administrators, self-insured organizations, and other sponsors of health plans (payors) in Washington, Idaho, Montana and Alaska.

By accessing our network of quality healthcare providers, eligible members of participating payors will receive a preferred rate for services and lower out-of-pocket costs.
