Welcome to our website! We understand that not every issue or question you might have can be dealt with online. If you have a question not answered on this site please contact us. Below is a guide to help you choose which department you should email or call.

The Payor Operations Department provides operational support to existing clients. They send provider and fee schedule data, communicate changes through Payor Bulletins, answer claim repricing questions, interpret fee schedules and/or facility contracts, and more. They are your operational liaison at First Choice.

The Account Management Department can answer questions regarding your Contract Holder (Payor) Agreement, assist with Requests for Information (RFI's), facilitate additions of groups to your contract, or if you have an escalated issue that is complex and needs immediate assistance, they will be your resource.
