First Choice Health Network is a Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) and a Washington State company owned by hospitals and physicians. We contract with hospitals, physicians, and various ancillary providers and facilities in Washington, Idaho, Montana and Alaska in order to obtain preferred rates for medical services. Our comprehensive provider network consists of over 100 hospitals, 14,000 physicians and ancillary providers, and currently serves 1.2 million subscribers and family members in the Northwest region.

Our goal is to allow employer groups and their employees and dependents to reduce costs and improve healthcare benefits without sacrificing quality and convenience. We offer our network of quality, cost-conscious providers to various insurers, union trust administrators, self-insured organizations, third party administrators, and other sponsors of health plans (payors) with business in Washington, Idaho, Montana and Alaska.
