Standard GeoAccess Reports

First Choice Health PPO Network (FCH PPO) Payor produces quarterly standard GeoAccess Reports for our 5 state service areas.

Our 'Standard' GeoAccess reports are a useful tool for our clients. They provide a highly detailed report of the breadth of our network. For instance, you can determine the number of a given provider type/group, i.e. PCPs, Specialists, Pediatricians, Obstetricians, Hospitals, etc. within a specific zip code, city or county. Each quarter a 'standard' report is created for each of the five states in which we provide PPO access. Please click on the applicable state below to access this helpful tool:

State of the Network

Each month FCH PPO prepares a State of the Network report which is broken out into two sections, the Practitioner and Facility. The report details the number of current, new, termed, reactivated and reinstated providers for the stated time period, for example, 1/1/06 – 1/31/06.

The Practitioner State of the Network details the numbers of providers we have per class. Classes are defined as below:

• Dual Role Physician: a provider operating as both a PCP and a Specialist
• Primary Care Physician: Allopathic Physicians (MD), Doctors of Osteopathy (DO) or Nurse Practitioners (ARNP) working in Internal Medicine or Family Practice.
• Specialist Physician: MDs or DOs working in specialties other than the above.
• Medical Professional: non-MDs or DOs working in specialties such as Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Audiology, Optometry, etc.

The Facility State of the Network details the number of providers per type.
