At First Choice Health Administrators (FCHA) our mission is to provide superior service to our members. We understand the health care arena can be overwhelming and at times confusing, so we have invested heavily to ensure our top priority, our members, have easy to use tools to help them navigate.
Our online tools and integrated systems support our ability to provide high quality service to our customers. Web-based tools, as well as an Interactive Voice Response system, give members access to eligibility and claims status information 24-hours a day, 7-days a week.

Through myFirstChoice, our online member tool, members have access to their health plan information. Including a simplified registration and log-in process, FCHA is committed to removing the barriers to your health plan information and putting you in the driver’s seat of your health plan.
Upon registering with myFirstChoice, members gain access to information regarding their health benefits program, including:

Members must register with myFirstChoice, using their First Choice Health Administrators (FCHA) identification card to gain access to the many comprehensive tools available to them. myFirstChoice puts you in the driver’s seat for managing your health information.
