VP, Sales

Job Summary

Responsible for driving revenue growth across all service offerings, with emphasis on CIN direct to employer membership through the management of sales staff and implementation of marketing strategies. Own accountability for overall revenue, pipeline development, average deal price, sales cycle me and win rate success for all product lines. Applies systemic sales methodologies necessary to lead and implement corporate growth strategies and improve overall close rates.

Works across the company to coordinate sales efforts and messaging in a manner that increases sales execution. Drives broker engagement strategy, ensuring brokers identify with our messaging and value proposition that differentiates FCH from others and compel employers to buy our solutions. On the creative side, test and iterate on ideas to drive buzz and create partnerships necessary to enroll employers in plan offerings. This position is responsible for meeting the sales and budgetary goals set annually by the Chief Marketing Officer.

        • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), problem solving, public relations, and interpersonal skills


    • Bachelor's Degree required from a four-year accredited institution in either the traditional liberal arts, business administration, finance, or economics
    • 7 years of sales experience meeting or exceeding goals in the health insurance and services industry, may include brokerage and provider systems
    • Experience with self-funded health plans, including stop-loss
    • Experience with accountable care and clinically integrated networks
    • Experience work with brokers, employers, or healthcare provider systems
    • Demonstrated leadership experience influencing, facilitating, and collaboration with all levels of leadership across multiple businesses to clearly articulate vision, strategy and proposals
    • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
    • Excellent analytical, reasoning and problem-solving skills
