• BA/BS degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required; MBA, MHA, or advanced and related professional certifications preferred

Job Summary

The Senior Enterprise Sales Executive is a TPA or self-insured employer sales specialist and subject matter expert for the company. The primary goal is to increase profitable revenue through achieving sales goals in our self-insured employer/CIN markets. This may include selling Third Party Administration services by providing expertise and extensive knowledge of Stop Loss and TPA products and services. These include health, dental, vision, COBRA, Section 125, as well as disease management and wellness services. The Senior Sales Executive is also responsible for relationship management with key consultants and brokers.

Main Duties

      • Increase revenue and membership for company's self-insured employer/CIN business segment and expand distribution channels
      • Ability to work with and support the Chief Sales Officer and other Sales Executives, Account Management staff, and key partners
      • Translate business strategies into clear objectives and tactics by market
      • Develop appropriate solutions to client issues and concerns using excellent problem solving skills
      • Conduct meetings and foster effective communication with assigned accounts or brokers
      • Prepare and present professional and comprehensive proposals detailing products, services and options
      • Leverage cross selling opportunities
      • Be accountable for achieving sales targets
      • Other duties as required or assigned


        • A minimum of 7 year's progressive direct sales experience in TPA/Stop Loss or ASO sales; or commensurate experience as a consultant or at a brokerage accepted
        • Contemporary knowledge of employer self-insurance and health plan benefit administration
        • Established relationships with distribution networks and business partners
        • Ability to work independently and/or in collaboration with various departments and levels of personnel
        • Have a current and unrestricted Property and Casualty or Life and Disability Producer's License or ability to obtain such license within 60 days of employment
        • Current Washington state driver's license
        • Ability to travel with or without notice
        • Ability to organize and prioritize work
        • Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills
        • Demonstrate effective problem solving, analytical and organization skills
        • Strong human relations skills
        • Professional appearance and manner
