Job Summary
Responsible for managing new and renewing contracts across three
lines of business: Preferred Provider Organization, Third Party Administration,
and Employee Assistance Program. Provide oversight of contracts to ensure
compliance and operational processes are supportive of contract provisions and
associated pricing. Manage oversight and renewal of vendor contracts and
NDAs associated within each business unit. Act as liaison between FCH
Compliance, Finance, and Account Management to ensure all updates are
communicated to team members and accurately integrated into client contacts.
Main Duties
- Responsible for drafting applicable contracts to support new business opportunities across three (3) lines of business.
- Preferred Provider Organization (Contract Holder Agreement)
- Third Party Administration (Administrative Service Agreement)
- Employee Assistance Program
- Initiate and oversee execution of NDAs with vendors, accounts, and other third-parties
- Support drafting client specific contract renewals across all lines of business.
- Maintain records for correspondence and documentation in relation to established contracts and those in progress.
- Solve any contract related problems that may arise with other parties and internally with the company itself.
- Prepare and facilitate annual rate renewal communication for PPO line of business. Manage timely communication and DocuSign process.
- Partner with compliance to draft compliance client bulletins.
- Manage centralized repository for all contract and compliance updates for each line of business.
- Ensure that contract provisions are supported by finance and operations.
- Partner with compliance & functional areas to ensure contract provisions remain relevant and compliant with intent of partnership.
- Oversight and management of vendor contracts that fall within each business unit.
- Communicate and present information to stakeholders about all contract related matters.

Requirements
- BA/BS degree or equivalent combination
of education and experience required
- A minimum of 5 years healthcare
contracting experience (PPO / TPA / EAP)
- Thorough knowledge of healthcare
industry and market dynamics
- Strong written and communication
skills
- Ability to work independently and/or
in collaboration with various departments and levels of personnel
- Ability to organize and prioritize
work
- Demonstrate effective problem
solving, analytical and organization skills
- Strong human relations skills
- Professional appearance and manner
