Job Summary

Responsible for the coordination of all of the corporate compliance analyst duties/responsibilities including supporting Federal, State and municipal licensing activities and annual compliance reporting. Maintain/coordinate agreements for certain key area(s). Assisting with policy & procedure coordination including Corporate Compliance, HIPAA Privacy & Security and other policies and procedures.


Main Duties

PRIMARY DUTIES:

Assists the Vice President, General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer, and Director of
Compliance with tasks related to the maintenance/coordination of:

  a) Corporate Compliance program and its responsibilities;
  b) HIPAA Privacy and Security program;
  c) Business Continuity Plan;
  d) Agreement reviews;
  e) Compliance coordination and monitoring activities; and
  f) Vendor assessments.

  • Draft/review and make suggestions for corporate policies and procedures.
  • Ability to work with external government agencies in support of compliance activities.
  • Assists Vice President, General Counsel & Compliance officer with the intake process for legal and compliance activities.
  • Additional tasks and projects as assigned.



Requirements

    • Compliance experience preferred.

      • An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted for the above requirements.

        • Ability to work both independently and as a team player.

          • Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize, manage tasks and meet in connection with business operations, including compliance matters.

            • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with various goals and tight deadlines.

              • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, and presentation and interpersonal skills.

                • Must be highly motivated to carry out tasks with minimum supervision.

                  • Excellent computer skills; solid knowledge of Microsoft Office & Google products.

                    • Must be highly motivated to carry out tasks with minimum supervision.

                      • Some travel is required.
