Registered Users, Passwords and Accounts

As a registered user, your username and password (your "Login Information") will allow you to access certain information about you and your plan. All users will be required upon registration to create a username and password with your first use. An account will be created for you and will be accessible to you each time you Login. Depending on your plan, these changes may impact how much you pay out of your own pocket for services; health plans vary. We recommend that you consult your benefit plan document and/or contact the Customer Care number listed on the back of your Member ID card to confirm in advance a provider’s network status.
