Do I need to Participate in Open Enrollment?

YES, you definitely do! Your current elections will not carry over to next year and you must participate in Open Enrollment to elect your benefits for 2026. Participation is required regardless of your hire date, meaning even recent hires or newly benefit eligible employees must participate. The only exception to carryover benefits is your Life, AD&D and Disability Insurance. If you do not participate, you will be defaulted to the PPO Medical plan, Core Vision plan and Core Dental plan with employee only coverage. Additionally, part of Open Enrollment includes completing an annual Tobacco Attestation for those employees enrolling in medical coverage. If you do not complete this, you are defaulted to decline disclosure and will be assessed a $75 per month Tobacco Surcharge.

How do I enroll?

Enroll online, November 3rd - 14th, through the self-service option by logging into your My Evergreen Info and clicking the Open Enrollment tile.

Important Note: If you wish to enroll through the self-service option from home, you may need to set up remote access if you do not already have this. Please follow these remote access instructions and reach out to the IT Helpdesk at 425-899-1740 if you need assistance.
