Program Director

Heather Ford

Heather Ford is the Director of First Choice Health Employee Assistance Program. Heather comes with breadth of experience including inpatient and outpatient mental health, substance abuse, domestic violence, and juvenile probation. Heather is a commissioned officer and served nearly 10 years as a licensed clinical social worker with the US Air Force. Heather received her Masters of Clinical Social Work from Michigan State University in 2007 and is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the State of Washington.


Account Executives

Craig Nelson

Craig Nelson is a Senior Clinical Account Executive and has been working in the human resources and employee assistance program fields in the Pacific NW for over 40 years. With a master's degree in counseling psychology, he has worked in the behavioral health and EAP fields for Bellevue Community Services/CoHear, Magellan, Inc., and First Choice Health EAP for the past 27 years. Craig is well-known and respected in the EAP field and has served on the Board of Directors for the Pacific NW Chapter of the Employee Assistance Professionals Association (EAPA). Craig is a Licensed Mental Health Professional (LMHC), a Certified Employee Assistance Professional (CEAP), a Senior Professional in Human Resource (SPHR) and a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).

Julee Clark

Julee has been with First Choice Health EAP since 2011. She is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and manages the EAP Mandatory Referral program with her business accounts. Her prior roles include serving as the Education Director for the local Alzheimer's Association for 9 years, and as School Reintegration Coordinator for UCLA Medical Center and Children's Hospital Los Angeles in pediatric oncology. Julee is also a Disaster Mental Health Volunteer with the American Red Cross and served at Ground Zero in New York after the attack on Sept. 11, 2001. She has been in private practice for over 25 years specializing in chronic illness, eldercare, trauma response, and marital and family crisis.

John Ramsdell

John is a seasoned licensed mental health counselor (LMHC), approved clinical supervisor for licensed mental health professionals and certified geriatric mental health specialist (GMHS). John has a wide variety of experience in public, private and non-profit sectors ranging from inpatient and outpatient mental health, substance abuse, geriatric mental health, crisis intervention and care management services. He received a Masters of Clinical Psychology from Antioch University in 1999. In 2019 completed a second Masters of Public Administration with emphasis on organizational behavior, leadership, human resources management and program development.

Diane Mayes

Diane Mayes is a Clinical Account Executive for First Choice Health EAP. As an experienced mental health and well-being professional, she specializes in creating an integrated culture of health, engagement and change opportunities in organizations and with individuals. Her career encompasses a background focused on health education and engagement to a diverse population of clientele including; client focused individual and group counseling, employee health benefits, wellness program development and implementation, academic teaching and group facilitation, and chronic mental health program supervision and administration. Diane has robust experience consulting with Taft-Hartley, Federal Business, non-profit and healthcare organizations. A Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Diane has a Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology, Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science & Wellness and is a certified fitness and wellness professional.

Darci Freeman

Darci has worked in a variety of settings, from residential to outpatient, and served an array of populations, including sex offenders, undocumented immigrants, and developmentally delayed adults. Her background includes program management, crisis intervention, clinical supervision, substance abuse counseling, and case support services. Darci is a client-centered, goal-oriented therapist and specializes in supporting others through a culturally-relevant, diversity-focused lens. She received her Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pacific Lutheran University in 2010. Darci is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in both Washington State and California, and recognized as a Child Mental Health Specialist and an Ethnic Minority Mental Health Specialist.


Client Service Representatives

Morgan Legler

Morgan Legler oversees the EAP Client Services team. She has worked in customer service for over 10 years exhibiting a passion for helping others, especially in the medical field. After an initial Animal Science education and veterinary assistance position, Morgan transitioned in Physical Therapy. At at the center of it was a love for connecting with people emotionally. She has always been a strong advocate for mental health care, which makes First Choice Health EAP the perfect fit.

Olivia Mitra

Olivia Mitra has more than 8 years of client service experience, and is currently a Senior Client Relations Specialist. She is also continuing her education focused on Criminal Justice and Political Science. As a passionate advocate for youth and minority rights, Olivia spends time volunteering with groups and communities, such as S.I.S.T.E.R.S. or Scholars Without Borders, that focus on advocacy for minorities and women's rights. She is driven and passionate about helping others both in and outside of the workforce.

Aubrey Hanke

Aubrey Hanke is a Seattle local with over 12 years of Customer Service Experience. She works passionately to ensure customers are getting the best service possible. Aubrey is proud to be working for First Choice Health EAP, and is dedicated to helping ensure our clients have access to mental health care.

LaVonna Houston

With a Bachelor's in Psychology from Central Washington University, LaVonna has been interested in psychology and neurology since a young age. In the past she has volunteered in her son's classes, been a parent coach on local sports teams, and volunteered at YouthCare to benefit homeless youth. LaVonna has also served as a behavioral therapist in school, home, and camp settings. Helping others is what makes her happy, especially when it comes to mental health.

Janet Bullock

Janet is our newest Client Services Representative, with over 15 years of customer service experience in a variety of sectors. She has a bachelor's degree in biology from Washington State University, and has worked in healthcare over 4 years. With a strong calling to customer service, she enjoys being on the front lines, going the extra mile, and the opportunity to make a difference in someone's day. Janet is born and raised in Eastern Washington, where she still lives with her family.
