Kalie Bennett, Client Relations Specialist

Kalie was born and raised in Northeast Louisiana and still resides there today with her son and daughter. She has always had an interest in the healthcare field and is currently taking courses in medical billing and coding. She loves helping others and lives by the Quincy Jones quote "Imagine what a harmonious world it could be if every single person, both young and old, shared a little of what he is good at." In her free time, Kalie loves spending time outdoors playing softball, swimming, fishing, hunting, and riding ATVs.

Katie Best, Clinical Account Executive

Katie is a licensed Clinical Social Worker with over a decade of experience working in integrated healthcare settings as a therapist, program manager and medical social worker. Using a culturally responsive, trauma-informed, and equity focused approach to clinical and organizational work, she is skilled at crisis intervention, co-regulation and collaborative, strengths-based problem solving. Graduating with her Master's in Social Work in 2009 from Boise State University, she has experience working with diverse populations, including immigrants and women and families impacted by substance use and incarceration. Katie is a relational clinician and enjoys providing clinical support, training and consultation catered to the unique needs of individuals and teams. She lives in Boise, Idaho and loves hiking, volunteering, being with family and riding her bicycle.

Janet Bullock, Provider Operations Specialist

Janet has over 15 years of customer service experience in a variety of sectors. She has a bachelor's degree in biology from Washington State University, and has worked in healthcare over 4 years. With a strong calling to customer service, she enjoys being on the front lines, going the extra mile, and the opportunity to make a difference in someone's day. Janet is born and raised in Eastern Washington, where she still lives with her family.

Julee Clark, Senior Clinical Case Manager

Julee has been with First Choice Health EAP since 2011. She is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and manages the EAP Mandatory Referral program, conducts Critical Incident Debriefings, trainings, and supervisor consultations. Her prior roles include serving as the Education Director for the local Alzheimer's Association for 9 years, and as School Reintegration Coordinator for UCLA Medical Center and Children's Hospital Los Angeles in pediatric oncology. Julee is also a Disaster Mental Health Volunteer with the American Red Cross and served at Ground Zero in New York after the attack on Sept. 11, 2001. She has been in private practice for over 25 years specializing in chronic illness, eldercare, trauma response, and marital and family crisis.

Sara Cunnington, Client Relations Specialist

Sara has 15 years of customer service experience and has been working in the healthcare industry since 2012. She studied Medical Administration at Walla Walla Community College and went on to work in Orthopedics before switching to the mental health field. Sara was born and raised in Eastern Washington where she resides today with her family. She has a deep passion for helping others and making a positive impact in client's lives.

Darci Freeman, Senior Clinical Account Executive

Darci has worked in a variety of settings, from residential to outpatient, and served an array of populations, including sex offenders, undocumented immigrants, and developmentally delayed adults. Her background includes program management, crisis intervention, clinical supervision, substance abuse counseling, and case support services. Darci is a client-centered, goal-oriented therapist and specializes in supporting others through a culturally-relevant, diversity-focused lens. She received her Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pacific Lutheran University in 2010. Darci is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in both Washington State and California, and recognized as a Child Mental Health Specialist and an Ethnic Minority Mental Health Specialist.

Aubrey Hanke, Senior Operations Specialist

Aubrey is an Operational Support Specialist. She is a Seattle local with over 12 years of Customer Service Experience. She works passionately to ensure customers are getting the best service possible. Aubrey is proud to be working for First Choice Health EAP, and is dedicated to helping ensure our clients have access to mental health care.

Lindsey Holmes, Client Relations Specialist

Lindsey began her career as an RNA working with Azheimers/Dementia patients before pursuing her Bachelor's in Healthcare Administration with a concentration in Management. While working at The Center for Autism and Related Disorders in 2019, she obtained her license as a Behavior Therapist for children and provided telehealth therapy during the pandemic. Lindsey has always had a passion for working in behavioral health and helping those in need.

LaVonna Houston, Client Relations Specialist

With a Bachelor's in Psychology from Central Washington University, LaVonna has been interested in psychology and neurology since a young age. In the past she has volunteered in her son's classes, been a parent coach on local sports teams, and volunteered at YouthCare to benefit homeless youth. LaVonna has also served as a behavioral therapist in school, home, and camp settings. Helping others is what makes her happy, especially when it comes to mental health.

Morgan Legler, Supervisor of Client Relations and Marketing Specialist

Morgan Legler oversees the EAP Client Services team. She has worked in customer service for over 10 years exhibiting a passion for helping others, especially in the medical field. After an initial Animal Science education and veterinary assistance position, Morgan transitioned in Physical Therapy. At at the center of it was a love for connecting with people emotionally. She has always been a strong advocate for mental health care, which makes First Choice Health EAP the perfect fit.

Olivia McChesney, Senior Client Relations Specialist

Olivia McChesney has more than 8 years of client service experience, and is currently a Senior Client Relations Specialist. She is also continuing her education focused on Criminal Justice and Political Science. As a passionate advocate for youth and minority rights, Olivia spends time volunteering with groups and communities, such as S.I.S.T.E.R.S. or Scholars Without Borders, that focus on advocacy for minorities and women's rights. She is driven and passionate about helping others both in and outside of the workforce.

Craig Nelson, Senior Clinical Account Executive

Craig Nelson is a Senior Clinical Account Executive and has been working in the human resources and employee assistance program fields in the Pacific NW for over 40 years. With a master's degree in counseling psychology, he has worked in the behavioral health and EAP fields for Bellevue Community Services/CoHear, Magellan, Inc., and First Choice Health EAP for the past 27 years. Craig is well-known and respected in the EAP field and has served on the Board of Directors for the Pacific NW Chapter of the Employee Assistance Professionals Association (EAPA). Craig is a Licensed Mental Health Professional (LMHC), a Certified Employee Assistance Professional (CEAP), a Senior Professional in Human Resource (SPHR) and a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).

Veronica Sacoman, Clinical Account Executive

Veronica received her Master's degree in Social Work from Arizona State University in 2009 and is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in the state of Washington. She has devoted her career to supporting individuals and families through case management, crisis support, and mental/behavioral health intervention. She utilizes trauma-informed and evidence-based practices with clients with a relational approach and emphasis on individual need. Veronica has over 15 years of experience providing resources and holistic wellness support in a variety of social work and clinical roles, including expertise in domestic violence prevention, behavioral and mental health support, legal advocacy, and life coaching.

Ric Spengler, Senior Enterprise Sales Executive

Ric has more than 30 years' experience in the industry. He spent 13 years in sales and marketing for Cigna, before joining Optum to open their Northwest Sales Territory in Seattle and test market a new EAP concept. In 2008, Ric joined First Choice Health, and has served in various sales and management roles for the company. His passion is finding solutions to the behavioral health, mental health, and dependency issues for our clients.
