David Agler, MD, MBA, Chief Medical Officer
Dr. Agler provides leadership to the Medical Management department. He is a graduate of the University of Southern California Keck School of Medicine and has also earned an MBA from Boise State University. He completed his Family Medicine Residency at Group Health Cooperative in Seattle and is Board Certified in Family Medicine. He practiced as a Family Medicine physician for over a decade in myriad healthcare settings before moving into the health payor space. Prior to joining the FCH team, Dr. Agler was the State Medical Director for Idaho Medicaid and the Regional Medical Director at Humana.

Jacqueline Brainard, General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer, Attorney-At-Law
Jacque joined First Choice Health in 2010 and previously served as the Vice President of Operations. She has over 30 years of financial, audit, compliance, and administrative experience as a leader in employee benefits, managed care (HMO, PPO, TPA), insurance and reinsurance industries. In addition to operations, she is responsible for Compliance. Jacque's prior roles have included financial and compliance, along with administrative oversight of reinsurance, enrollment and billing, premium billing and collection, claims, human resources, and management information systems.

Dan Brown, Chief Technology Officer
Dan joined First Choice Health in 2019, bringing more than 22 years of experience in information technology. He spent four years as Vice President of Enterprise Solutions at ProKarma, where he helped companies in the Pacific Northwest solve their most difficult technology problems. Prior to ProKarma, Brown served as the Director of Enterprise Architecture, Solution Engineering and Technology Strategy at Premera Blue Cross, where he guided the company's tech strategies for more than six years.

Kevin Conefrey, VP of HR and Corporate Resources
Kevin has been with First Choice Health since 2011. He has over 15 years of executive HR leadership with a focus on organizational effectiveness and health benefits plan design. He earned both his Bachelor and Master of Science degrees from the University of Oregon, with his graduate degree concentration in labor relations and human resources.

Hillary Galyean, VP of Enterprise Account Management
With over two decades in healthcare, Hillary Galyean provides robust experience in health plan strategy and innovation, operations, account management, quality, and accreditation. She served several years as a key senior leader for a successful start-up health plan. Throughout her career, Hillary has led a variety of teams to improve the healthcare experience resulting in significant improvements to health plan star ratings and overall member satisfaction and loyalty.
Hillary believes in First Choice Health's values that healthcare can and should be easier through caring, transparency, and collaboration. Bigger isn't always better. Success is found through continued improvement and relentlessly pursuing innovative healthcare solutions.

Shidan Greene, VP of Operations
Shidan has more than 20 years of diverse experience in sales, operations, business management and strategy. Prior to joining First Choice Health, she served as Vice President and Senior Program Manager at Alliant Insurance Services, where she developed, launched, and led the strategy for a multi-channel national customer service team. She has also served in many different Sales roles at Premera Blue Cross.

David Kinard, Chief Revenue Officer
David joined First Choice Health in 2021, and leads the sales, marketing, and account management teams. He is an award-winning, and nationally-published business development executive offering significant career experience in healthcare marketing and sales management, non-profit and cause-related marketing, and community development. He taught MBA marketing strategy at two universities for ten years and is a regular conference/keynote speaker. He most recently served as Senior Vice President of Business Development for Physicians Insurance A Mutual Company and is a former Board Member of Alestri Insurance Company, and Physicians Care Alliance.

Warren Maxwell, VP of Finance
Warren has spent his career in finance, including the most recent 12 years in the healthcare industry. Warren has been with First Choice Health since 2005 and previously held the position of Controller. He earned a B.A. in Business Administration with an Accounting concentration from the University of Washington, and is a licensed CPA.

Jaja Okigwe, Chief Executive Officer
Jaja Okigwe joined First Choice Health in 2018. Jaja has 25+ years of experience driving strategy and innovation in the healthcare industry. Prior to joining First Choice Health, Jaja was Senior Vice President of Strategic Development at Premera Blue Cross in Mountlake Terrace, Washington, a two million member health plan where he oversaw strategic planning and Premera's innovation program. Earlier in his career, Jaja was Vice President of Business Development for McKesson Medication Management, a Division of McKesson Corporation where he led acquisitions, partnerships and product development. Jaja started his professional career in the healthcare strategy practice of Deloitte Consulting working on multiple assignments for health systems, health insurers, and life sciences companies.
In the past, Jaja has been an active community supporter, serving as a Board member at Amara, a non-profit Seattle-based adoption agency, and United Way of Snohomish County.
Jaja earned an MBA in General Management from HEC Paris and a BA cum laude in Government from Harvard College, and is fluent in French and Spanish.

Anisha Sood, Chief Financial and Strategy Officer
Anisha Sood is the Chief Financial and Strategy Officer for First Choice Health (FCH) and has 20+ years of experience across the healthcare industry. Anisha joined FCH in 2019 and oversees finance and strategy leading the development of FCH's growth strategy, key partnerships and corporate development initiatives. Prior to joining FCH, Anisha was a partner at health care investment firm Echo Health Ventures, a collaboration between two regional Blues plans, leading venture capital investments in early stage healthcare tech and services companies. Anisha has also been a vice president of healthcare investment banking at Credit Suisse and started her career as a consultant with Accenture in their health and life sciences practice.

Troy Williams, VP of Health Systems Partnerships
Troy leads First Choice Health's efforts in creating partnerships with clinically integrated networks (CINs) aimed at making healthcare more accessible and affordable. He previously served as the Vice President for Vanderbilt Health where he represented the statewide clinically integrated network (CIN) product in partnership with Aetna, UnitedHealthcare and Cigna. Prior to Vanderbilt, Troy worked for GE Healthcare and Unisyn, where he was the Deal Manager for the Americas and Vice President of Service Sales.
